By the way: If it starts to rain or snow more heavily, you can easily zip a Jack Wolfskin hardshell into the jacket, as it comes with the practical system zip.

Technical details:

TEXASHIELD ECOSPHERE TAFFETA:
The material is completely windproof as well as water-repellent and breathable. What’s more, the TAFFETA fabric is made of lightweight, durable and fast-drying synthetic fibre made from recycled/reused materials (components).

TEXASHIELD ECOSPHERE GRID:
The material is completely windproof as well as water-repellent and breathable. It was made from recycled/reused materials (components). The geometric pattern makes the fabric more compressible and creates a reduced volume. Moreover, the insulation performance and breathability are optimised.

90/10 GREY DUCK DOWN RDS:
This pleasantly warm insulation consists of 90% grey duck down and 10% feathers. Therefore, the filling offers excellent insulation despite a low weight and a small pack size. The downs come from a certified manufacturer – without live plucking and liver fattening. The 90/10 GREY DUCK RDS have a fill power of 700 cuin (cubic inch per ounce).

700 NATURAL DOWN:
The down, a natural product and outstanding protection against the cold, was obtained according to ethical standards. The strict animal welfare requirements were checked and certified by the “Responsible Down Standard” (RDS).

SUSTAINABLE:
This product was made from particularly sustainable and PFC-free materials. The outer material and lining each consist of at least 90% recycled or Bluesign-certified fabrics.

BLUESIGN is a strict standard for environmental protection, safety at work and consumer protection. GREEN BUTTON (“GRÜNER KNOPF”):
The German textile seal “Grüner Knopf” (Green Button) identifies textiles that meet high social and environmental standards. 26 social and ecological criteria are considered for each product. The companies must prove their human rights, social and ecological responsibilities.

REGULAR SYSTEM ZIP:
Special zips that are integrated into the jacket allow you to zip in other products from the system so that you can put together your individual weather protection outfit.
