ROECKL VILLACH 2 TRIGGER Winter Cycling Gloves

With the VILLACH 2 TRIGGER cycling gloves by ROECKL SPORTS you can brave the elements even when riding your bike on really cold days. The glove keeps your fingers together in one “mitten” for even better protection from the cold, but without sacrificing a flexible operation of the shift and brake levers, since the index finger is still separated. In addition, the glove features a PRIMALOFT GOLD CROSS CORE insulation with aerogels. Aerogels from the aerospace industry are highly porous structures with very low density that are composed of more than 95% of air. The advantage for gloves: a top ratio of volume to weight to thermal performance. Windproof GORE-TEX INFINIUM WINDSTOPPER Soft Shell Elastic on the back of the hand creates a reliable barrier against cold draughts. And to keep the heat inside the glove and ensure a perfect fit, it comes with a long knitted cuff and an elastic wrist strap.
Elastic, breathable ROECK-GRIP synthetic leather on the palm provides a non-slip, highly tactile yet comfortable grip on the bars. The foam padding on the palm enhances comfort, just like the seamless COMFORT-INNOVATION thumb padding. COMFORT INNOVATION:
For extra comfort, Roeckl has equipped the sensitive crook of the thumb, which is particularly stressed when cycling, with a seamless COMFORT-INNOVATION padding.

ERGONOMIC CUT:
The sensitive nerves running through the carpus are subject to pressure in most hand positions when cycling. The ERGONOMIC CUT developed by ROECKL provides targeted relief for the sensitive hand nerves and thus effectively prevents pressure. The anatomic palm padding provides much more comfort on the handlebar.

GORE-TEX INFINIUM WINDSTOPPER:
All products using this technology are absolutely windproof and offer excellent breathability to keep you warm in cold and windy weather. The windproof and highly breathable GORE-TEX (GTX) 3-layer membrane breaks the wind and allows water vapour to escape. This combination of protection and breathability reduces both the windchill effect and the risk of overheating during exercise. A permanently water-resistant upper guarantees additional protection.

PRIMALOFT GOLD INSULATION CROSS CORE:
The Cross Core technology uses aerogels for increased thermal performance. Originally invented by NASA for use in aerospace applications, silica aerogel is comprised of more than 95% air and currently the world’s lightest solid and most effective thermal insulator. It offers an excellent ratio between volume, weight and thermal performance. In addition, it impresses with a very high content of recycled materials.

ROECK-GRIP:

TOUCHSCREEN COMPATIBLE:
Index and thumb of both gloves are made from a special leather or textile fabric, allowing you to operate smartphones, tablets and other touchscreen devices.
